Aztek A470 AirbrushIf you're into painting bodies this is the airbrush to have. Two double action combined with a single action function. Having previously used a Badger single action brush that required me to tear down the entire brush for cleaning, it would take me several hours to paint one body. Here is the cleaning process with the Aztek:
1) Remove paint jar and spray feeder tube out with motor spray. Wipe off inside of lid. 2) Fill paint cup with lacquer thinner and blow through nozzle. I painted two bodies in 45 minutes. I did have webbing problems with the Candy Purple but have since found out that webbing is caused by too much air pressure. Guess it's time to buy a regulator. The Aztek system has interchangable nozzles for wide - narrow lines and offers other effect options. Next time I will get the wide area nozzle (Turquoise) for painting large areas. I hope to have some pictures of the bodies soon.
